ALL CLIENTS ARE REQUIRED TO DO AN INTAKE SESSION PRIOR TO SCHEDULING THEIR APPOINTMENT. At the intake session you will complete all of the necessary paperwork to be assigned a therapist. Within 24-48 hours after the intake we will be able to schedule your appointment with your assigned therapist. Clients will be required to furnish credit card information to be kept on file with the center and also to provide their current drivers license at the intake sesson.
Cost for the initial Intake Appointment will be $25.00, payable at that intake session. Please see our RATES page for additional information pertaining to the intake session and our sliding scale fee schedule requirements.
